Review by hotel critic
As a discerning traveler from Lyon, France, my recent gourmet getaway at Dorchester Collection was a culinary journey like no other. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff, particularly Amélie and Diane, set the tone for a truly exceptional stay.Venturing into Le Dali restaurant, I savored the superb vegetarian dishes that spoke volumes of French gastronomic excellence. And the divine croissants by Cedric Grolet truly lived up to their reputation as the best in France. One standout experience was dining at the two Michelin-starred restaurant where the gastronomic passion of celebrated chef Alain Ducasse shone through in every dish. The harmonious and healthy Haute cuisine served there was a true delight. With a breathtaking view of the Parisian skyline from our Executive Suite, impeccable cleanliness, and top-notch room service, every moment at Dorchester Collection was pure bliss. In conclusion, if you desire a culinary adventure with a touch of French sophistication, Dorchester Collection is the epitome of indulgence.
